Futsal & Mini Netball Tryouts

     Yesterday, two of our pupils have undergone a tryout in Gelanggang MPC, SMK Seksyen 11. This event was held to select pupils to form a team for mini netball as well as futsal.

      The selected pupils will be playing for our PPD at the state-level competition in Kajang on May 15th this year.

       This tryout was the first hurdle the children had to face. We sent a boy and a girl for each tryout; Ashreil Mikhail for futsal, and Azwa Safrina for netball. 

We are happy to announce that both of them had successfully passed the tryouts!

Mikhail and Azwa will have to pass the second tryouts, in two weeks from now to be able to play for our district. For the time being, both of them will train and keep honing their skills in preparation for the second tryouts.

Latihan Penggunaan Carta Alir

Murid-murid mula diberi pendedahan kepada memahami dan menggunakan carta alir untuk menyiapkan tugasan sejak bulan Januari lagi. Murid akan diberi penerangan ringkas tentang tugas, kemudian murid akan meneliti sendiri carta yang diberi untuk mengikuti langkah-langkah yang perlu mereka buat sehinggalah siap tugasan.

Sepanjang aktiviti, murid bebas bergerak untuk melihat carta dan juga mengambil peralatan yang mereka perlu di dalam kelas.

Simple Small & Capital Letters Recognizing Activity

This was done at the end of January, to see the ability to recognize small letters and their capital counterparts. Each child was given a Capital Letter Wheel and stickers with small letters written on it. They need to choose small letter stickers and paste them underneath each capital letter. 

This is the letter wheel we used for this lesson.

Kursus Pengurusan & Kurikulum Prasekolah 2018

     Guru-guru Prasekolah Permata SK Seksyen 27 (2) telah dipanggil untuk menyertai Kursus Pengurusan & Kurikulum Prasekolah anjuran PPD Petaling Perdana dan Jabatan Pendidikan Selangor pada 6 & 7 Mac 2018 di SK Setia Alam.

      Banyak maklumat telah dikongsikan oleh Jurulatih Utama (JU) Prasekolah Kebangsaan iaitu Cikgu Siti Zuhana berkenaan pengurusan kurikulum yang meliputi penyediaan Rancangan Pengajaran Tahunan & Harian, penyediaan Jadual Waktu Kelas & Persendirian, serta penggunaan bahasa penyampaian dalam proses pengajaran.

     

Seterusnya guru-guru didedahkan dengan maklumat terkini mengenai pengurusan hal-hal lain dalam prasekolah seperti kemasukan murid, pengurusan PPM, kewangan, aktiviti luar, menu murid dan sebagainya oleh En. Mohd Irwan Md Yusi yang bertugas di Unit Prasekolah JPS.

Perkongsian yang diadakan ini telah memberi banyak maklumat berguna buat guru-guru untuk terus melakukan yang terbaik untuk anak-anak prasekolah. Terima kasih kepada pihak PPD dan JPS!

Dental Check up For the Kids

The team from Klinik Pergigian Seksyen 19 came by to do a free dental check up for the children on March 12. Thankfully, all of them were all smiles and no one has shed a tear! Well done kiddos!

Permohonan Kemasukan ke Prasekolah Tahun 2019

Untuk makluman, permohonan kemasukan ke Prasekolah untuk tahun 2019 telah dibuka. Permohonan hendaklah diisi secara atas talian di laman web  https://eprasekolah.moe.gov.my  (boleh klik di sini / pautan di sebelah atas blog ini) bermula 1 Mac hingga 30 April 2018.

Permohonan dibuka kepada kanak-kanak warganegara Malaysia yang berumur 5 dan 6 tahun pada 2019. Setelah mengisi permohonan dengan lengkap, borang tersebut mesti dicetak dan dihantar ke Prasekolah yang dimohon bersama-sama salinan dokumen seperti berikut;

• - Sijil lahir / MyKid kanak-kanak
• - Kad pengenalan ibu bapa
• - Sijil nikah ibu bapa
• - Bil utiliti (air / elektrik)
• - Slip gaji ibu bapa  

****(bagi yang tiada slip gaji, sila buat pengesahan pendapatan dan sahkan dengan Ketua Kampung/Pengerusi JKKK/Pengetua/ Pegawai Kerajaan Gred A)

Kesemua borang dan salinan dokumen mesti dihantar sebelum 31 Mei 2018.

Keputusan boleh disemak di laman web yang sama bermula 5 Ogos 2018.

Making a Dragon Mask

Assalammualaikum and hello!

We are already into the third month of the year and we have not posted anything in here yet!
The first two months were hectic, and the children are all doing fine now, as they have adjusted nicely to the learning environment.

We did this simple mask-making before the start of the Chinese New Year holiday a few weeks ago.
